Black Horse Farm- There are only a few farms available on Slocum Lane in Marlborough, in the Estate section of town near the Wayside Inn, Sudbury We have taken the liberty of naming them, however you are free to rename your farm to suit you.

The WaysideInn was once the Blackhorse Tavern and welcomed horses as they do now today. You may even see a coach of 4 beautiful stallions on weekday mornings pulling in for a quick break before they return on there journey. Just make arrangements with the Innkeeper and they will instruct you and what to do. A nice ride and a stop for lunch is always nice and while out riding you could see the historic gris mill down the road.

Cider mill Farm- this is a new neighborhood of 28 distinctively designed homes located in Marlborough an the Berlin line. Only a few minutes away from highways and a major mall make this a desireable location.
